This week is Women’s Health Week as decreed by the wonderful Jean Hailes group. It’s an entire week dedicated to all women across Australia to make good health a priority. As Jean Hailes describes it, Women’s Health Week is the time to put ourselves first, for just one week, and start making positive changes that can last a lifetime. Focus on yourself, it’s Women’s Health Week

Over the past few weeks I’ve been reading about a great initiative of Jean Hailes for Women’s Health called Women’s Health Week. So this week there are plenty of activities including cycling related events, to encourage women to focus on their health, both physical and mental. Most women are not good at focusing on themselves and making their health a priority, so put a few hours aside this week to do just that.
